I have been following the recipes, builds and mods. for over a year now and just realized I never opened an account even though I took the course and got the rub recipes. I have a severely modified Char Broil offset and must say I love the low and slow. The recipes and the build info is top notch. I just hope someday I can actually use it myself.

Bye for now Pat
