I live in WA and we have a guy up here that sells garlic stuff ....... garlicgourmay.com. Anyway, they have some really really good rubs and stuff on there. I have several different kinds. My absolute favorite is the Bacon Hickory Rub. I use it as season salt on everything from eggs to soup.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else have ever heard of this stuff and what they thought of it. We normally have a guy with a garlic gourmay booth at the fair. We normally buy the refill bags and just refill the original glass bottles. And it give me a chance to try alot of the other rubs before committing to a bottle.
I have a couple chickens with some bacon butter (crumbled bacon, bacon grease, onion and garlic and a stick of butter) stuffed under the skin and some of the garlic gourmay Jamaican Jerk dry rub on the outside. Gonna let them sit till friday and throw them in the smoker (using a buddies MES 40 smoker at the moment) friday morning.
