My name is Brandon I go by Chef Brando. I am a personal Chef in the Lone Tree, Parker Colorado area. I competed on a team last year in KCBS competitions. I am here to learn and to share my stories. I have a Masterbuilt 40 Electric smoker. I also have 2 grills that are propane. I smoke and cure salmon every year for Christmas and just for enjoyment.

Welcome Chef Brando, I'm just north of you in Littleton. I just joined the site yesterday, and also have an MES (showing up today). Your credentials are substantially more advanced than my own so I anticipate learning from your posts. From one newbie to another on the forum, welcome :)

I'd love to attend a competition at some point, probably as a spectator at first. I had no idea there were competitions here locally, or did you travel out of state? In any event, awesome to meet another from Colorado.
