Just signed up, never to late to learn, been cooking bout 15yrs, use Weber kettle, WSM, and gasser, when I get lazy,(which is often) I got a Smokin-it #2. They all cook good. Seems like this forum will have answers to about any question that would come up. Looking forward to participating.
