Fair haven MI.
Hi. Tom from fair have MI here. Pretty sure I caught the smoking bug. Started smoking last week and I started off with a turkey. Turned out pretty darn good. I'm using a stand up weber smoker but plan to make my own smoker and go big. I'm sure With some trial and errors and info with some of you guys around here I will be a pro soon. Can't wait to share updates and photos with everyone.

Welcome to the board! Looks like you're off to a good start. Spend some time learning some basics on the smaller rig before you invest in something bigger.
