I can't decide. Any thoughts on the Bradley or the Smoke Hollow?

Yep....got an electric here after having a propane gasser. Gasser is gone. Also am happy with my electric pellet pusher...to me, one of the best of both Worlds...digital controls and burning pellets. I'm not up to speed on a Bradley but I understand you must use their pucks....to some a turnoff being locked into that alone.......Willie

Done the propane thing and now have the MES electric. Propane was a PITA to control temps. If you have to smoke where you don't have power or for portability gas is O.K..

There are other electrics out there. Is there a reason you are looking at a Bradley? Not a wrong choice, but like most folks, the puck thing is unattractive to me. My buddy has one and likes it.

Lots me MES users here as well as Smokin-It users (such as myself).

Two things about the Bradley that appeal to me. 1-the auto feature of the machine feeding the pucks. It looks so easy. 2-you can buy a four rack for about $280. I need to stay under $300 or so. If I had more cash, I'd probably go with a treager.

Makes sense. Price does seem nice. Use the search bar and see with other Bradley owners here have to say about it. I am sure there are lots of folks here that would tell you to check out the Gen 1 MES. I think Sams has them going for less than $200.

Good luck.

I have the large Traeger and a 30" analog Masterbuilt with a amaz'n pellet tray and a PID controller

So far, prefer the electric MB w/ tray over the Traeger.

I didn't pay $$$ for the trager so it mostly sits.  It  does have a single, large cooking surface(which the wife and I really don't need)

But... I would love a small traeger for when we trailer camp.

If you are wanting to stay under $300, look at the Smoke Hollow 44 at Samsclub for $250 and then grab a 12" AMNTS tube smoker from Todd at Amazenproducts.
