Nice looking Birds there , Colt Black ; one thing needed  . We had to guess what each Q-view meant , and we couldn't read your mind , it seemed a bit crowded...:ROTF .

 

All of it was cool and hope your day was grand...

Oh sorry bout that......my first spatch cocked and smoked turkeys on the ys640 yoder pellet smoker. Injected with a mixture of chix broth..maple syrup..and rotissery spices....outside of birds - maple syrup and rotissery spices... also brined prior to the rub down and injection with an apple cider brine withoranges lemons sage rosemarry thyme cracked peppercorns red pepper flake. Garlic ginger.
turned out awesome! An hour prior to finish I rubed a lil bacon grease on skin to crisp up skin!
