hello....my name is jake and i love to smoke.......i am new to it as i have only had my MES for a few months but so far the results have been amazing.......ribs, meatloaf,etc.today im doin a turkey and im not sure how to set the damper.glad to be here and thanks in advance for any advice on the damper.....got the bird wrapped in bacon and im hoping for a fantastic result.

If it's the exhaust damper you're referring to, I would always advise to run it wide open.
