I decided to do a stuffed pork loin while the snowstorm raged outside(in the garage !) It was a five pounder stuffed with mushrooms, jalapenos, bell peppers, onions, garlic and Colby jack cheese. Smoked for 3.5 hours at close to 225* with cherry. These loins are awesome and I appreciate the ideas learned from everyone here ! CM
