Hello Everyone from central PA. We have 4" of snow and no signs of stopping. Due to my job we had to celebrate Thanksgiving today. I was tasked with smoking a 16lb turkey and with the weather I was quite worried. We just ate and it turned out great I though I'd post these pics if my first attempt at a turkey.

12 hr brined and smoked with applewood/hickory Make shift tent for smoker


 
Looks GREAT! Sometimes the weather does't want us to smoke.I would say today wasn't one of those days for you.
