Greetings from Henrico Virginia

I enjoying grilling but want to get into smoking. My preference is to use an electric smoker and while don't have a budget per say but do not want to spend 1K on a smoker but don't want to waste $300 on a smoker that won't maintain consistent temperature or fall apart after 3 years.

The Smoke-it brand fits my budget but I wonder if it's more valuable to go with a Cookshack or another brand.

It's my holiday gift so I gotta make it count. Please help

Lots of watt burners on here, they can sure give you the pro's and con's
