Fellow Smokers,

   Does anyone know where I can find Those cloth like bags that people put Ham's, Turkey's and Chicken's in to hang inside a smokehouse?

Call your local meat market, it comes in a roll, most of them will sell it to you by the ft. especially if you are getting meat also.

I am looking for Christmas ideas for myself that the family is asking for. My birthday is December 16th, I just found out that my dad has ordered a 18"  tube smoker  from Todd. Now I will have a 12" and the 18". I won the 12" off the contest.
