I have been a smoker hobbiest for several years. I find it gives me pleasure. My family, freinds and various folks that have sampled my creations really enjoy it, and Im not any losing weight doing it. One night after a eating to much pulled poultry blended w/ smoked bacon and my home made BBQ sauce and a few beers they all nicknamed my hobby "Lone Wolf BBQ" We are all Chuck fans.

I have two back yard smokers currently. A electric cabinet. I like it for its ease but wish for heavier smoke. The other one is a old stainless Sams Club gasser that I gutted and turned into a indirect charcoal/wood smoker. Flavor is far better with this one but temp control is a little tougher to control.

I have found some really good recipes on line that make me look awesome.

I have been watching this forum for a while but have had little time to get in. So thanks for having me.
