I currently live in OKC for my residency and previously have lived in Alabama and St Louis. So I've had a chance to experience a lot of different types of BBQ.
I have a rudimentary electric smoker now but will eventually get a full on direct wood burning unit soon. Interested in learning all about different techniques, recipes and tricks of the trade. If anyone wants to trade medical advice for the secret of smoking the perfect slab of ribs I'm all for it.
On the side I play any sport that's available and root for the Cardinals and the Tide.
