the pm says to stop in here and say hi, so here i am, Im Brian, im from Upstate new york (cohoes to be exact) and enjoy smoking. 

got a couple home built jobbers. first is a small 55 gal drum with a 16gal drum firebox made into a trailer for ease of use, the second is a 275 gal oil tank with a 55 gal drum box put onto a old boat trailer that can do up to 130lb whole pig. thanks for welcome!!


 
thanks, they work well for being mostly scrap piles lol our next one is going to be a out of ground large propane tank when we find one.
 
It dont matter what the look like, its how they cook.
