Thank you sir! I think I'll try that slaughterhouse brine this year.I've used the slaughter brine b4 with good results....many more to choose from by using the search bar...WillieKinda hijacking. I'm also doing my first Turkey. Suggestions on brining flavors and or rubs? (Recipes for a "traditional" flavor)?
