Hi everyone,

I'm not exactly new to smoking, but I would still consider myself a novice. I bought a masterbuilt 40 inch electric smoker a couple years ago and love it.  I've frequented this site looking for help and ideas a lot over the last couple years, and I always seemed to find what I was looking for. Hope I can learn a lot more and eventually contribute.

Thanks for having me!
