Wanted to say thanks for the add to the forum.   I'm Dave and located in Washington.  Just getting into smoking and mostly sockeye from our Alaska trips.  Smoker is a Master Built Sportsman Elite gas.  Found this site will trying to locate solutions for over heating issues I'm having with the factory regulator set up.  Found some great articles on needle valves I'm looking at.  Thanks for sharing all your knowledge.
 
Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
