Been a long time lurker, but decided it was time to join the party. I have been smoking meats for a few years. I started with a Brinkman charcoal smoker, but for my birthday this year I graduated up to the Masterbuilt electric. Haven't tried it out yet - just seasoned it a few weeks ago, and I've been busy hunting.
I usually smoke pork, venison, beef and a couple of times a year I do turkey and chicken.
