I purchased a Master Forge Charcoal Vertical Smoker from Lowes , the 15" for 69$ , this past weekend , I done Chicken on it and it came out juicy and great tasting , No Mods , Has anyone done a Turkey before on this smoker , if so would you let me know step by step  on how it was done so I can give it a trial run this weekend to get ready for thanksgiving , I am afraid that I would put to much charcoal and it will burn the Turkey since it does not have any vents in it to control the Temp. On the chicken I did the snake method and it came out great but I know the Turkey is larger, Experimenting with this small smoker now before purchasing a larger one , Again I am looking for any advice on this ,
