Here to say hello, I'm living in the Seattle area and have been BBQing since I was a kid. I just got a Charbroil vertical smoker. I've read up on some of the mods already and picked up a veg wok and am using an oven therm inside to be sure about my temps so far. I have ran two batches of wild caught Salmon threw it so far. I think it's a decent smoker for the price + mods and I'm sure I'll get plenty of use out of it! :grilling_smilie:
