17 degrees outside this morning, so it is about time to fill the deep freeze with some Q!  This is about 15lbs of Boston Butt that will be pulled.  Used Jeff's rub overnight and spritzing hourly during the smoke.  Will be adding a coleslaw, Jeff's sauce, and SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce (trying for the first time).  Here are the early looks:

Thank you HEUBrewer......it was cold but at least no snow.  Unfortunately, it looks like that is coming tonight.
