I have a Traeger Texas smoker & it works great could be with out it.

I love hunting, fishing & BBQ.

Great to here. I'm looking for a good Prime Rib reciepe. I'm going to be cooking prime rib for Christmas this year on the Traeger. Just wondering what everyone has tried & what works best.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
