Night two we added 3lbs of goose breast fillets and some more chicken and of course more eggs. ......and of course it was better on night two. ...always is!

Looks real good.  Never heard of eggs in gumbo...course I'm from Alaska, not a large tradition of gumbo back home.  Gotta consider that for my next pot. :pot:
