Grilled forever but consistently wished I had a smoker after co-workers would bring meat to work they had cooked on a smoker. So I just got a cheap masterbuilt electric to keep my initial investment low while I learn the art. Pre-seasoned the smoker yesterday and will start with a simple Pork Butt for our first dinner of smoked meat. Planning on doing our Thanksgiving Turkey on the smoker as well. excited about all the meat I can cook!
