I've only had my Masterbuilt Electric Smoker a couple of weeks; only have used once after pre-seasoning the smoker.  I hope to get another chance to play with it again this weekend.

I need more practice as plan to smoke the turkey (breast only / bone in) for Thanksgiving. I'll be brining the breast prior to smoking it.

So many things I want to experiment with on the smoker!  Can't wait to start reading around the forum and getting ideas.
