Well, yesterday I went to the store for bread and came back with these:

At a 1.99 per pound I could not resist.

So... Rubbed them with some Worcestershire and SPOG a la Bear!

Into the Masterbuilt with propane at around 225 with just hickory until they got to 165. Here they are:

Added some beef broth to the pan and some onions a la Solar.

Wrapped in foil and into the oven at 250 until it reached the IT of 210.

Let it rest a little while, pulled it:

Chopped up the onions and added them to the pulled beef:

Can't wait to use this for some smoked Philly cheesesteaks. Had all my dinners planned for the week so this got wrapped up in the foil tray with a little more beef stock and put in the freezer for a later date. Of course I had to sample it and I enjoyed a little too much of it considering I already had a big dinner. As always, thanks again to all the members of this site who have given me all these awesome ideas. Thanks for looking!

Looks good to me I haven't seen beef at that price in awhile, hope you stocked up.

Looks great! But man that price is down right theft! $5.99/pound here! I would've bought every hunk they had and then asked the butcher to cut more!!!
