Marylee's latest attempt with comp style chicken.

Rubbed and ready.

Old Rusty goes to work.

Bird on.

Halfway.

Marylee applies an old style Virginia sauce.

The breast are done.

And legs are done.

Interesting flavors, used white oak, maybe a stronger wood next time (hickory).
