My name is Ryan and I'm pretty excited to start here. I recently bought a Masterbuilt 40" propane smoker. I'm trying it for the first time today with a Pork Shoulder. I'm following instructions by Meowey. I'm sure I will have questions for you all but I wanted to introduce myself here first! I live in SoCal and love smoked meat but have never done it myself.
