 If the Flat is dry , there's nothing wrong with wrapping in foil with some (juice) of some kind...

Thanks everyone, only the small part of the flat was a little dry. I had cut it off to fit on my smoker that's part of my breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was that way! I haven't even done anything with the point yet:).
