Picked up some pork bellies at the commissary for $1.68 a pound. Going to make some bacon. Have made it before, but this will be the first time using Pop's Brine... I love the recipe I have used in the past, but have heard lots of great things about Pop's Brine. Will mix brine tomorrow night... Pictures will come.

Regular Army. retired 10 years ago, now a DA Civilian. I have heard so many great things about Pop's Brine.... Can't wait!
