Jason here, owner of a Bradley Original Smoker with a dial up heat control that comes with self loading briquettes.
I have used it a few times but am just unsure of what temps to smoke what at... Need lots of help, this forum looks like the place to be!
Looking for an out of this world snackin sticks recipe that I can produce on my smoker. Have tried the Hi-Mountain snack kit but they just arent doing it for me.
I also have a Cabelas 3/4 horse meat grinder which assists me in preparing the meat.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
