Going with un bleached muslim cloth bags.
Hang at room temp for an hour or so before the smoker.
It should be good.

Looks Similar to what is known as "Bag Sausage" at a lot of PA Dutch Butcher Shops around here.
Here are the chubs as of this morning. Left hang in smoker all night to cool.
Cloth bag peels good. Good color, smoke good to the skin
Looks good, taste is great.
I'd eat a plate or two of that with some smoked cheese OOOOOHHHHHHH YYAAAAAAA!!!!
