Your going to love your MES. I would suggest a AMNPS to go with it.

Welcome! Is that the 40" propane smoker? That's what I am smoking with and I love it. Still working out the kinks and getting past rookie mistakes, but one of the best hobbies I have picked up. Hope to see some qview posts soon.

It's actually the digital Gen2 model.
Really like it so far.
Also added an AMNPS And a set of digital Mavericks ET-732 's.
Taking the smoker camping for Thanksgiving and will be smoking the Thanksgiving turkey!!
