I don't know if this has been done but I have done taters this way a lot, why not chicken?

My local meat market had huge boneless and skinless breast on sale. 1.48 a lb.

Sliced the breast. Just Colby cheese and ham.














Just Stubbs and some apple wood.

Very tasty.

I actually cut the chicken and put the ham n cheese in the sliced parts.
