I was drilling the holes in the 1/2 flat bar for the 9/16 bolts for the hinges and door latch. Thought it wasnt worrh setting up the drill press and just grabbed my 1/2 drill. Ended up wasting about 2 hours doing something that should have taken 10 minutes. And with 1/2 the bit stuck where i needed my hole to be, and the othet 1/2 stuck in my left hand, there were some unpleasant words coming from my mouth

can you say.... "OUCHHHHH" ... RW... where did you say you are set up again ?? and when would be the best time to catch you there ???

Sorry to hear about your hand. Pretty valuable tool, be sore for a while.

That is the best way  once you get them them in They will be back.

Here is a good example, Stanley's Famous Pit BBQ is here in Tyler (Won all kinds of awards, always in "Texas Monthly Magazine " in the top BBQ places, so they decided to open another location right up the road from us here in Whitehouse. Trouble was they only smoked at their original location, couldn't smell smoke or anything when you went in. They lasted about a month, and closed that location. If I can't smell it I don't eat there.  CONGRATS

Well, even though its been a lot more work than i ever imagined, its been fun so far. Decided to get rid of my help and turn it back into a one man show. The neighborhood i cater to is a very upscale area, they care less about price and more about quality. Good thing is im in the position that i can run off the pain in the ass customers and just worry about the good ones. Got a nice following of loyals going now.
