Hi all, I'm Bill from Ohio, USA and I'm glad to be here! I know a couple of things about smoking meat:
1. I like meat
2. I like it smoked
3. I have a smoker (a Cajun Injector that broke today and I repaired because of a thread I found here)
aaaaand, that's about all I know
I also love sipping craft beer, bourbon, and home made wine. I have NO idea what else to say LOL. I'm looking forward to learning how to do this REALLY well, thanks in advance for any help I get from you folks.
