how long do you brine a 10-12 lb turkey with the slaughterhouse brine ?

Normally overnight.

I usually do over night to a full day - somewhere in that neighborhood.

Oh, the wife is nuts over KWS. I tell her she's becoming a groupie, goes to every show within driving distance. If Stevie was still around, I'd have a heck of an airfare bill!!!

I regret that I never got to see Jimi or SRV live but I was 2nd row center stage for KWS a couple years ago at the Fox Theater in St Louis
