I got a new seasoning to try tonight.

Coming out of a  foil rest cooked at a high temp.

This is a great rub, my wife ate 3/4 of the rack.

I want to add that they look almost burnt.

But they aren't, they had kind of a crunchy bark on them.

I have a hard time finding store bought rubs that she likes.

The wife said these were the best ones I have made to date.

I NEVER cook ribs in foil.

They were resting in the foil till the onion rings were cooked.

Great looking groceries C-Man!!

I am an old miniialist pretty much on rubs, sometimes I get a while hair but........ just salt and pepper are hard to beat.

Spelling correction

While = Wylde ?? As in Wylde Stallyns ??
