One of our fire dispatchers is retiring after 30 years on October 31st and I got "voluntold" I was bringing pulled pork for the party on Thursday.

Pretty straightforward smoke really but it was a good day.

I should have taken more pics presmoke but I was trying to juggle my three year old son while getting things ready. He likes to "help".

After my trip to the grocery store. I actually don't like using picnics that much but it's what Reasors had on hand and with a little trimming they're good to go.

Soaking up the TBS (Sitting about 188 degrees IT at this point)

Whipped up a batch of homemade sauce to go with it while waiting for the smoker to do its thing

Foiled up and resting in the cooler.

And this is what they looked like after pulling...just kidding. Found this pic on my phone (I don't remember taking it) of some ribeyes I grilled a while back and thought I'd throw it in.

Rested and ready

Clean as a whistle

Bark turned out pretty nice

Ready to eat

Nice job, I'll bet everyone enjoyed it. A lot more special than catering a bunch of sandwiches

That means it was good and everybody enjoyed it,  now if you would have some left I would be worried
