Hey guys, thanks for letting me hang around. I'm new to the smoking game and am needing help wherever I can get it. I figured this would be the best place after looking around a little and if you'll let me pick your minds a little I'd appreciate it! I received a Masterbuilt electric smoker for a birthday present for Daddy earlier this month. I've wanted one for a long time. Hopefully I can get the most out of it without screwing up too much! I'm initially interested in smoking venison sausage and possibly a venison ham. After that, just the holiday stuff. You know, hams, chicken and turkey.
