Gonna do the ribs, beans and stuffed peppers for my Lady. ( I normally don't eat green peps but bet I do these ha ).
Mostly following Dutch's recipe for the beans but gotta leave the pineapple out as a concession to the Queen.,
Running a MFVS, going for 220*. Blend of hickory / apple chips and Sunny D in the water pan.
Ribs will follow 3-2-1 with a lil sauce in last 30 minutes or so. Trying a new experiment with the sauce, hope I don't FUBAR it. Plan to drop a red and a green pepper in the blender - light chop then add to sauce on stove, bring to a simmer to mesh the flavors then a shooter of Kraken spiced rum. How can rum be a bad thing?
