I've burned it out but I still have a ways to go decking the trailer, building the wood box, finishing the burners etc. and I loaned out my welder for a week, two weeks ago so I'm learning a lesson there.

Also My doors are not sealing as well as when I cut em out. I think adding the rf plate and just general cutting and welding drew the bottom cut on the tank in (see photos)

So that should be fun to fix. Any suggestions on how to start to remedy that would be appreciated. Im thinking I'll try and wedge a jack in the tank and push it out.

That looks like an effective way to get your welder back......

The metal appears to have shrunk where the RF plate was welded in place.... You might try a big weed burner at the weld seam to relieve the stress, then push out the on door opening with a jack or a BIG hammer...

or build a tool like this.... maybe ????... and a jack..... and a big hammer...

Dave is right yet again, and the tool looks like it would work great. Do you have a rosebud for a torch? I agree that heat well make it a lot easier for sure.

I've got a torch but no rosebud tip I'll figure something out. I do have a turbo torch I'll probably use that
