i took some cubed steak, then i put jalapeno pepper and some red onion. and put some tony chacheres creole seasoning on the steak, then rolled it up, wrapped with smoked bacon, put on the grill. VERRRRRY GOOOOOOOD> you have got to try that... going to try chicken breast next. i think i am going to beat the breast down with a mallet, then add pepper and a sweet onion and try. let me know if you like it.

i have never tried to precook the bacon, but it seems that when the bacon is done, the cube steak is also. i have also tried chicken breast to, i beat it down with a mallet then use the same peppers and onions, try it you will like it.....
