As I write this we just finished some smoked shrimp, chicken lollipops, injected smoked wings and a lamb led roast in the smoker now!:) internal temperatures of 160. I got the smoking bug at about 13 when I got in the smoker about 5lbs of rainbow trout and I was hooked!! I need a 12 step program for smoking.... never further away than 12 steps from a smoker!!:) lol

Back in the summer of 2014 I came across an old 1950 fridge at a metal recycle place in town. Paid $40 for it, loaded it up in my car and drove it to puddles house where the fridge transformed into a awesome smoker! We ran a dual hotplate and we smoked everything we had our hands on, cheese, eggs, pork chops, beef ribs, pork ribs, jerky, bacon wrapped shrimps, bacon wrapped chicken titties tee hee, pulled pork, to make a long story short we smoked everything including our Fkn eye ballz!!  lol  the neighbours loved us as we fed them the left overs. The 10 year old turned into our food critic and if she likes it... then it must be great:) you may not find this funny... but we do!:) pic's coming soon
