New Mexico Deserts

Thread Starter

Hi Everyone,  I think I've been on here for a while because I get messages from here, but can't remember if I have posted or if I have introduced myself.

I'm retired and do whatever is necessary to keep my five acres looking nice and a little wood working and a little of this and that and the other.  I also do garage and flea market sales...........which brings me to this forum.  I have a smoker that I've had for a couple years and haven't sold, I've decided to use it.  It's a green, electric Redi-Smoke BBQ Cooker.  Looks quite new, actually.

I retired to the desert 10 years ago and use my recliner, tractor and tools more than I do my BBQ :).  I'll be posting in a more specific area shortly, hopefully.

Hello Jim,
Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with there opinion on the subject.
