Can I ask how long you did your pork tenderloin for and at what temp?  It looks like how I see pork tenderloin in my wildest dreams.

You can ask any questions you want! That's what we're all here for to help our fellow pit masters get even better. Oh and thank you for the compliment. I was cooking at about 230 and it normally takes about 1.45 to 2 hours. I go by touch but I would suggest a probe therm to take it to 145 then pull and rest for about half hour before slicing.
 
Very much appreciated, Brooksy.  I'm definitely new in all aspects, and couldn't be more pleasantly surprised by everyone's willingness to answer questions/share tips.  And if you'll excuse me, I need to go buy myself a tenderloin for some smoking this weekend!
