I was cooking at about 230 and it normally takes about 1.45 to 2 hours. I go by touch but I would suggest a probe therm to take it to 145 then pull and rest for about half hour before slicing.Can I ask how long you did your pork tenderloin for and at what temp? It looks like how I see pork tenderloin in my wildest dreams.
