1st time brining a turkey will smoke tomorrow

Hello to everyone,
this morning i made an apple cider brine i used 1 half gallon of apple cider,1 cup of seasalt,1/8th cup of diced garlic, 1/8cup of fresh ginger, 2oranges cut into quarters an about 1/8cup of apple vinager i injected the turkek with this brine till it was about to pop than set it in the brine until tomorrow afternoon it was set into the brine at noon on saturday so it will soak for 26-28 hours than i will rince it and put on my green masterforge smoker for 3 hours, my one question is that long enough brining time.? the turkey breast is 4.75 pounds, this is my first time brining anything. Any help or opinions are greatly appreciated thanks, Mark
 
Hello , bbqmstr1 . Yes , 26hrs. is plenty. If I Brine , I only do it for 8 - 10 hrs. .

The extra ingredients you added sounds good , Be sure  to post your Q-view.

that sounds like a great brine.... with that said... thinking you should of put the same amount of sugar as you did salt... that helps offset the saltiness.... waiting to hear the results...

Very juicy just a little taste of salt but talk about flaverful I would say success next time a little more suger thanks for the tip Jck Danls will rember that, Mark
 
Yep it was a boneless breast 4.75 pounds between my girlfriends family and my family it was all but devowered
