I have got an Alto Shaam warming oven. I got in on a auction to turn into a smoker but I have since moved and have not had time to do it. With the move comes needing a few extra dollars. It is an Alto Shaam 1000 up/vsi. 125v with 2 separate compartments. Both compartments work great and it heats up to 200 degrees. I have not actually used it for warming or smoking anything as I have not had time to convert it yet.
