Im new to the forum (but not to smoking meat) and I thought I would say hello! I have a vertical gas smoker that I modified and can put about 12 or so racks in when I want to do jerky and I have a char broil offset smoker that is in the middle of being modified. I'll post some pics when it's finished. You guys have a lot of great recipes that I'm lookin forward to trying!

Welcome from Canada, Smokist.
